Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Unfortunately I had to sell my home after over 14 years and I had no idea how to begin. As fate would have it, Easy Home Buyer contacted me. After speaking with Elan, we were able to agree on a price and the ball was set in motion. Although I was feeling stressed about selling and having to move, I was also impressed by how fast and straightforward Elan was. Everything was going smoothly and I was starting to feel like I could get through this. Then we hit a snag. The house had been owner financed and for some reason, the lien holder was all but refusing to provide a payoff amount on my mortgage. I couldn’t believe it. I sent that guy a mortgage payment every month on time for over 14 years and he was doing this? My level of stress was through the roof. But through it all Elan provided so much support and reassurance. It felt like he really was on my side. It felt like he had an investment in me as well as the house. It was important to him that I was ok. I don’t know if I would have made it through without that. Well, Elan and the Title Company really put the pressure on the lien holder and he finally had to provide the information. Everything after that went exactly as promised. I was able to find a nice place and, although it’s an adjustment, I really like it. I can’t thank Easy Home Buyer in general and Elan specifically for all they have done.
